1984 – FOUNDATION OF iNOEX
Foundation of iNOEX GmbH
1985 – SAVEOMAT
Constant weight per meter through intelligent gravimetric sensor technology. SAVEOMAT stands for material savings and a stabilized extrusion.
1986 – AUREX
Intelligent ultrasound sensor technology for quality assurance in pipe extrusion. AUREX guarantees standardized geometries, thin point control and central documentation of quality data.
1988 – CERTIFICATION AUREX
Certification of the quality data logging with AUREX by the "Gütegemeinschaft Rohr" (Quality Association Pipe).
1992 – NON-CONTACT GEOMETRY MEASUREMENT
Non-contact, dimensionally independent detection of pipe geometries. Ultrasonic multi-channel technology: static measuring method with up to 8 sensors.
1993 – LAYER THICKNESS MEASUREMENT
Measurement and control of layer thicknesses of coextruded products. AUREX offers a new function for measuring and verifying coextruded pipes.
1994 – WALL THICKNESS CENTERING
Even wall thicknesses by rheological influence of the melt. Thermal die head centering: automatic centering of wall thickness already in the extrusion head.
1994 – MULTI-COMPONENT DOSING
Gravimetric system for accurate dosing and mixing of several components. Multi-component dosing: Processing of many components and recycled materials of any weight ratios.
1995 – ISO 9001
Certification according to ISO 9001.
1998 – AUREX ERS
The world's first flaw detection and 100 % wall thickness measurement with TÜV certification, first use of the active-passive measurement.
2000 – SAVEOMAT MD
For the first time gravimetric dosing of solid and liquid components.
2002 – SAFE PEROXIDE DOSING
Extension of liquid dosing station for peroxide including TÜV certification.
2004 – AUTOMATED DIMENSIONAL CHANGES
Change of the pipe dimensions at the push of a button. ADVANTAGE is the system for the automated changes of dimensions in the shortest time and at much lower costs.
2005 – SAVEOMAT ACCORDING TO ATEX 95
SAVEOMAT peroxide conveyor station enables fully automated feeding of peroxide according to ATEX 95 safety guidelines.
2006 – MAXFLEXX
With the rigid inlet and the flexible basket of MAXFLEXX calibration sleeve all pressure classes of a nominal pipe diameter can be produced without interruption.
2006 – NEW AUREX GENERATION
The new generation AUREX with digital measuring sensors allows highest resolution measurements. Large wall thicknesses higher than 100 mm PE and smallest wall thicknesses up to 0.02 mm EVOH are measurable.
2007 – MAXFLEXX FORMING CHAMBER
With the MAXFLEXX forming chamber several SDR classes can be produced with only one injector / mandrel combination – without changing tools.
2007 – SATELLITE
iNOEX presents the new SAVEOMAT gravimetric system with a new design and with the extension to the SATELLITE suction conveyor.
2007 – PEXLINK
PEXLINK: the new complete solution for the automated production of PEX-A pipes.
2008 – PEXLINK CROSSLINKING DEGREE MEASUREMENT
With PEXLINK cross linking degree measurement, for the first time the degree of cross linking can be measured during the extrusion process.
2009 – ECCO
A ground breaking innovation for the manufacturing of large pipes. With the fast pipe centering by ECCO large pipes can be produced more efficiently.
2009 – ADVANTAGE 500
The automated change of dimensions for pipes up to 500 mm diameter.
2010 – M-LINE BASISSYSTEME

iNOEX introduces a product for surface detection of pipes with AUREX OBF.

2011 – AUREX m-line
The easy-to-use, reliable and maintenance-free ultrasonic wall thickness measuring system offers an outstanding price-performance ratio in the diameter range of 125 to 630 mm.
2013 – iNOEX IN NEW DIMENSIONS
iNOEX GmbH moves to new corporate headquarters in Melle with 2,000 square meters of office space and 3,000 square meters of production area, including an in-house technical lab.
2013 – AUREX x-line
The first technologically advanced ultrasonic wall thickness measuring system for large pipes up to 2500 mm pipe diameter.
2014 – WORLD-NOVELTY QUANTUM
iNOEX introduces the first contactless terahertz wall thickness measuring system for smooth, foam and corrugated pipes based on innovative terahertz technology.
2014 – SAVEOMAT HF
iNOEX presents a new milestone: For the first time not easily flowing materials can be dosed blockage-free. The powder weigher for critical materials with up to 100 % chalk.
2016 – WARP
The WARP product line solves almost all measuring, automation and documentation tasks for single-layer pipes or co-extruded pipes while offering customized process solutions for very specific pipes. Of particular interest is the easy operation of all WARP systems.
2017 – WARP portable
iNOEX presents the mobile terahertz based hand-held system WARP portable, specifically designed for medium and large-sized extruded pipes. This battery-operated hand-held device offers a fast and easy wall thickness point measurement of plastic material pipes having a wall thickness of 6 mm or more to an accuracy of 50 µm.
