Pipe Maker Gains Flexibility with Ultrasonic Control System
How Charter Plastics and iNOEX teamed up to reduce cost and increase quality

Perfect pipes thanks to AUREX ERS ultrasonic measurement

The recent addition of an ultrasonic gauging and control system is credited by pipe extruder Charter Plastics Inc., Titusville, Pa., with increasing its production flexibility. Charter (charterplastics.com) extrudes HDPE pipe in diameters ranging from 6 to 26.5 in. and wall thicknesses up to 3 in. for potable water, reclaimed water, sewer, geothermal, gas, irrigation, and industrial applications.

Система ADVANTAGE производства компании iNOEX, предназначенная для автоматизированного изменения размеров продукции при изготовлении пластиковых труб является не только самой востребованной модернизационной технологией, но и может поставляться в качестве интегральной части экструзионной линии. Специализирующаяся в области экструзионных производств китайская компания LIANSU приняла решение о комбинировании этих двух технологий. Теперь по запросу экструзионные линии оснащаются встроенной системой ADVANTAGE на заводе-изготовителе. На этой основе было установлено сотрудничество с компанией iNOEX.

Team "iNOEX ON TOUR" in 24-hour cycling race on Nürburgring
Over 10.000 cyclists fascinated with Northern Bend of Nürburgring.

„Rad am Ring“ - a flourishing event! What sounded like a crazy idea in the beginning and found a hesitating response in 2003, has since then turned into a success story. The annual day and night race has got its fans throughout Europe. Despite the rain, 10.022 cyclists took part in Rad&Run on the Ring last weekend which was again a top success for iNOEX.
