Our modular service package embraces different service modules:
- Commissioning
This package contains the initial system commissioning including mechanical assembly, functional test and acceptance certificate established together with our customer. In addition to the module "commissioning", iNOEX offers professional system training.
- Interval maintenance
For the purpose of precautionary maintenance we offer the conclusion of service contracts covering regularly effected service work. Our service personnel effects functional tests, re-calibration, software upgrades and any measures that ensure a safe and reliable performance.
- Teleservice
A particularly fast default clearance becomes possible with the iNOEX teleservice. In addition to our normal hotline iNOEX staff clears defaults or effects maintenance by a remote control system. A virtual service engineer is able to analyse and repair defaults online.
- Spare parts logistic
In case neither the hotline nor the teleservice can repair the defect as system parts have to be exchanged, iNOEX disposes of a comprehensive spare parts logistic to ensure a short term transport and exchange.
