Use the SAVEOMAT conveyor station for the fully automatic conveyance of peroxide. Observation of the ATEX 95 safety regulations guaranteed. The system was configured in accordance with these regulations so that it may be sited in a corresponding authorised conveyance room.
Safety throughout the conveying route.
All along the conveyance route, the peroxide supply line is supervised and checked on leakage. In case any conduit has a leak, the conveyance process is instantly interrupted. Besides the leakage control, the encapsulation in a protected atmosphere provides a maximum of safety. A complete monitoring of reactive liquids on their way from the storage hopper to the extruder is achieved.
