SAVEOMAT IGS C18 | D18 | CD18: Coex-dosing at its best.

This SAVEOMAT IGS system offers the safe realisation of a configuration with up to 18 extruders/components for a coex-dosing process.

Individual configurations for the control of up to 10 extruders and up to 6 material components per extruder can be offered.

The system in short.

Directly on top of the extruder opening respectively the dosing unit opening, up to 6 material components per extruder are precisely dosed into the process, each one through its own dosing unit. Solid and liquid materials can be conveyed simultaneously and continuously. The very high dosing accuracy is due to the construction of the conveying parts. The use of servo-motors with an integrated control electronics and a drive that can be finely tuned, permit the extremely exact speed control of up to 1:350 for the conveyance of solids and up to 1:100 for liquids.

Especially in the extrusion process of composite polymers, polymer alloys and cross-linked polymers, the best possible homogenisation of all components is required. iNOEX is able to offer it on account of the continuous and accurate conveying and the unique mixing technology which includes both static and dynamic mixing.

The operator at the terminal is guided by simple pictographic symbols, good recipe management, trends display, process evaluation, operating data recording etc., which are all standards.
