SAVEOMAT has got a modular configuration. Measuring value recording, software features and numerous weigher configurations offer you nearly unlimited options for different applications, always finely tuned to your production process. The variety of funnel weigher types covers a wide range of raw materials.
Up to 18 components per extruder can be measured, controlled and mixed. The following materials can be processed:
- Powder
- Granules
- Recycled materials
- Fillers
- Fibres
- Liquids
- Reactive liquids such as silane and peroxide
SAVEOMAT is suitable for the integration into OEM machinery via BUS systems (UKI, CAN-open, Profibus) and equally for retrofitting, in this case with its own operation terminal.
