SAVEOMAT: the precise realisation of product recipes for a profitable production of pipes, profiles, cables and film.
SAVEOMAT- what is it about?
SAVEOMAT is a conveying and gravimetric system which garantees a continuous raw material feeding and which also records variations in mass throughput and which is able to precisely level them out. This way, the SAVEOMATensures that the following process values are kept constant:
- Weight per metre
- Wall thickness
- Product recipes
On account of the large variety of gravimetric weighers and control features, the SAVEOMAT is available in many individual system configurations for the mono- and co-extrusion of pipes, tubes, profiles, cables and film.
The system in short.
SAVEOMAT is configured in modules. A SAVEOMAT which is tailor-made for the requirements of your extrusion process and your customers contains the following components:
- Conveyance System SATELLITE
- Peroxide Conveyor Station
- Liquid Dosing Station
- Funnel weigher
- Intelligent gravimetric sensor system (igs)
- Terminal (not needed when integrated via BUS system: UKI, CAN-open, Profibus)

Innovations by iNOEX:
- Self-optimising: We are very particular about the recording of measuring values. For any disturbing influence, e.g. due to blocking material or in-feed variations caused by the feed screw, we have found a solution on the constructive side or through an intelligent measuring electronics. The measuring electronics adapts to each material component and is therefore self-optimising during every measuring stage.
- Direct dosing of liquid silane and peroxide into the extruder: Thanks to a combination of static and dynamic mixing techniques, iNOEX gravimetric systems are able to homogeneously feed solid and liquid materials directly into the extruder. Prevention of early segregation of materials is guaranteed. This represents a real alternative to using compounds. Besides, individual recipes can thus be realised, and this offers the option to decide on new product features.
- Abrasion-proof funnel weigher closure: radial strip-off device, in short RAS, is our latest development for a smooth material flow in the funnel weigher. Like a shovel, the RAS moves under the material inlet and accurately stops the material flow.
