PROMEX- what is it about?
PROMEX is an image processing system which replaces any manual measurement of dimensions, surface check or documentation during the extrusion of profiles.
It is able to measure, check and document standard product parameters automatically:
- Conformity to set dimensions and shape

PROMEX offers the full quality inspection for extruded profiles. The range encompasses PROMEX IL which inspects conformity to set dimensions during production as well as PROMEX CSI, which reliably recognises surface flaws during the extrusion process.

- Worm check: One single measuring cycle supplies all wall thickness values of the crosscut profile. This really facilitates the typically complex check of a profile geometry.
- PROMEX IL: Integrated into the extrusion line. The system inspects the conformity of set profile dimensions during the extrusion process. This is a 100 % check which permits very short-term corrections.
- Automatic Profile recognition: The system identifies the profile to be measured and automatically selects the matching measurement commands. This spares time and avoids errors.
