Modern infrared technology initiates the crosslinking process during production and under full control. No more need for any unsafe downstream cross-linking process which is mostly time consuming and costly.
Automatic control of the cross-linking degree - with the PEXLINK measurement of cross-linking degrees
The measurement of cross-linking degrees provides information directly during the production process. All relevant measuring data included. Measuring values are recorded through special optical measurement which is non-destructive. Any variations from set values will automatically be regulated by PEXLINK software which also adapts the energy supply and material dosing.
The result: guaranteed cross-linking, maximum line speed, higher flexibility.
