Co-operation set up between LIANSU and iNOEX
Extrusion lines equipped with ADVANTAGE: on demand ex works
The iNOEX ADVANTAGE system for automated dimensional product changes during the production of plastic pipes is not only a much demanded retrofitting technology but can also be delivered as an integral part of a new extrusion line. The Chinese extrusion specialist LIANSU has decided to offer this combination of machinery. On request, extrusion lines are now equipped ex works with an integral ADVANTAGE system. On this ground, a co-operation was set up with iNOEX.
The internationally acting LIANSU Group of Companies is according to its own indications one of the leading manufacturers of plastic pipes and extrusion lines in China. LIANSU Machinery Manufacturing division engineers, produces and supplies extrusion lines including extrusion dies for processing PVC, PP and PE. The co-operation contract set up with iNOEX covers the full integration of ADVANTAGE when requested by the customer. This „turnkey“ solution will be added to the product range offered by the Chinese company. ADVANTAGE is a proven system and the customer profits from the fact that iNOEX is a globally leading company in the extrusion industry.
Both companies see very positive prospects for the future of their co-operation – technically and economically. Presently, ADVANTAGE still has its own operation terminal. For the future the plan is to integrate the control unit for automated dimensional changes into LIANSU’s extruder control. The co-operation agreement also encompasses other iNOEX systems, e.g. the gravimetric product series (SAVEOMAT) and ultrasonic measuring systems (AUREX). LIANSU wishes to use this co-operation to reinforce its position, in particular compared to international competitors. INOEX points out that the complete “turnkey package” is more advantageous for the customer than retrofitting at a later stage which would certainly involves higher costs.
