PLAY THE CARDS: THE PROFIT IS YOURS!
Fair Report of the K 07 in Düsseldorf.
Eight days, around 3.000 exhibitors, 242.000 international visitors - the K´Show in Düsseldorf proved impressively why it is considered as the worldwide leading Show for the plastic and rubber industry.
In this year, iNOEX stood out from the crowd again as the absolute innovation leader in the extrusion sector. With more than 200sqm exhibition space on two floors, iNOEX impressed and persuaded with a high-class product presentation and the total concept of its exhibition stand.
Like the iNOEX slogan on the K’Show „Play the cards: The profit is yours!“ iNOEX played all trumps and presented groundbreaking product innovations, which enthused customers and business partners.
This was rewarded by a constantly high number of visitors on the iNOEX stand as well as intensive professional discussions.
Overview of the shown innovations:
ADVANTAGE: In the new product generation, the inlet of the flexible calibration sleeve has been optimised, the product range has been enlarged and the continuous adjustment has been expanded up to a ratio 1:2,5. Furthermore, iNOEX presented for the first time solutions for pipe diameters up to 1200mm - for a higher flexibility.
PEXLINK: The new combined package for the automated production of PEX-A-Pipe
aroused special interest. The one-step PEXLINK process consists of complementary
solutions which guarantee an inline-cross-linking. On the K`2007 were presented:
- Peroxid conveyer station: safe supply of up to 14 production lines
- Gravimetric dosing station: perfect mixing of liquid and solid components
- Infrared Oven: 1-step cross linking process during the production
- Cross-linking degree measurement: guaranteed cross-linking by “Inline” control of the cross-linking - degree and direct readjustment in the case of irregularities.
SAVEOMAT: The newest generation of the established gravimetric systems of iNOEX were presented for the first time in a totally new and optimised design. Highlight: The new revolutionary SATELLITE suction conveyor which is especially profitable for equipping complete extrusion halls.
MAXFLEXX: The established product line of the flexible calibration sleeve has two new and impressive components. The MAXFLEXX Internal Cooling increases the cooling efficiency of pipes. So pipes cool down up to 17% faster than with conventional cooling sections. The other new component, the MAXFLEXX Forming Chamber inspires by the highest possible flexibility in the production process: It permits the extrusion of variable SDR-classes (e.g. pipes with a diameter of 63-125 cm and SDR-Classes 26-7,4) with only one die head dimension - without changing tools!
AUREX: On the K´2007 iNOEX also presented the latest generation of digital measuring sensors. Even the smallest wall thickness diameters of co-extruded pipes can reliably be measured.
PROMEX stands for complete quality control in the extrusion process of plastic profiles. On the K´2007 iNOEX introduced a new system for the classification of web collapsing in profiles - to achieve a maximum of objectivity!
