MAXFLEXX - Overview
MAXFLEXX stands for an innovative, flexible and efficient product series.All of them designed to optimize the extrusion process:

MAXFLEXX calibration sleeve: for maximum flexibility in pipe wall thickness.
MAXFLEXX consists of an inflexible inlet and a flexible calibration cage. All pressure classes for one nominal pipe diameter can be produced without any interruption of the production process.
Shrinking factors depending on the wall thickness can be easily adapted by yourself: use the manual setting unit for the precise adaptation of exterior pipe diameters. Speedy perfection.

MAXFLEXX Forming chamber: For flexible SDR classes.
Two-stage regulation of the melt gap without tool changes.
MAXFLEXX forming chamber is a process engineering tool which replaces the complex change of die sets at the extrusion die head.
This chamber will be placed directly in front of the extrusion die and allows a regulation of the melt gap in 2 steps – thereby the original extrusion die does not have to be changed.

Optimized cooling process due to efficient heat dissipation.
In the plastic pipe extrusion process, a number of factors influences product quality and production speed. The cooling process plays a part in view of the weak heat conductivity of plastic material which in turn offers an interesting potential for improvement and the creation of added value. iNOEX has developed an innovation in this respect which is based on a new technique.
