What counts among competitor's strategies in the film sector, is the development of complex multi-layer film with special material composites or raw material compositions. Highly developed processes require proven measuring and control technologies and precise dosing and material mixing.
Today, our multi-component dosing stations permit the dosing of up to twelve components on one extruder. In a co-extrusion process up to ten layers and 30 components can be monitored. In addition, wall thickness and width measuring systems as well as cooling rings can be integrated.
