AUREX m-line by iNOEX represents an elementary, safe and maintenance-free ultrasonic measuring system for wall thickness and diameter measurement with an excellent cost-performance ratio.
Ultrasonic sensors are not mounted in large and expensive stainless steel housings but into a sensor holder suitable for the process. This sensor holder can be advanced towards the pipe either by a rotary disk or an easily adaptable mechanism. With either of the two options it is a matter of a few simple touches to set a new pipe dimension. Due to this specific construction, accessories which were in the past needed for different pipe dimensions such as guide and sealing discs are no longer required. This saves up to 30 % on the sales price compared to a conventional ultrasonic system.
