AUREX i-line AFM: for pipes, tubes, cables up to diameters of 1000 mm.
AUREX i-line AFM scans with 4-36 measuring spots around the pipe circumference and effects a simultaneous wall thickness and diameter measurement (exterior/interior diameter). Measurement is done by static sensors.
Minimum wall thickness tolerances are obtained through successive control loops for weight per meter, thin points and thermal centering.
AUREX i-line AFM covers a diameter range of 10 - 1000 mm. The system is suitable for co-extruded products, i.e. for the measurement of individual layers.

AFM measuring chambers are flanged directly to the outlet of the vacuum calibration unit.
