The flexible sealing: reliable vaccum, fully compatible.
The flexible ADVANTAGE sealing can be accurately set to any diameter within the setting range of 1:2,5.
An overview.
The conception is based on a folding collar. By way of guide elements, its centre can be adapted radially towards the pipe centre.
The wave-shaped profile ensures the exact guidance of the extruded pipe. Setting of the sealings's contact pressure corresponds to diameters and the extruded raw material. The setting is done pneumatically.
The inner edge of the sealing disc is covered by a special coating in order to support the sealing and lubricating effect towards the pipe.
Sealing for the vacuum tank.
The flexible ADVANTAGE sealing ensures the reliable sealing of the vacuum tank. To this purpose, a sealing is mounted at the end of the vacuum tank. It is located inside a water chamber and can be adapted to different pressure ratios. Water has a higher viscosity than air which makes it a reliable sealing medium.
At the outlet of the chamber, a second sealing is located which is the water sealing. This is a simplified version of an ADVANTAGE sealing which is also suitable for spray tanks.
Compatibility.
In case you operate the ultrasonic scanner of the aurex system, retrofitting of flexible water sealings is possible in order to complete the automated change of dimensions.
