ADVANTAGE EVO START- Intelligent start.
With ADVANTAGE EVO START we offer a fascinating and simple technology for starting up the pipe extrusion process: start-up is done automatically and without the time-consuming conducting of the start-up pipe through all units of the downstream equipment. For starting production, all process engineering components of the ADVANTAGE technology are used such as the pipe guidance, calibration sleeve, segmented vacuum tank technology, activated sealing and moving elements. The process technology of the extrusion die is ued to lead the melt flow into the calibration sleeve and to stabilize it by cooling it down from inside and outside. The segmented vacuum tank permits to combine chambers, sealings and guide elements in a specific way and to activate vacuum and support elements with a certain frequency to extrude a stable pipe conforming to set dimensions after a short time.
The vacuum tank has a modular design. All single elements can be equpped individually with the process elements calibration sleeve, pipe guidance and sealing. The addition of active modules for cooling and movement is simple and easy.
